I’m Colin Moss, founder of CM Strategies, and I work with leaders and owners navigating growth, change and complexity — those who want finance to be a catalyst for clarity and better decisions.
I believe finance performs at its best as a true enterprise partner. I help organisations strengthen finance capability and align performance, governance and leadership to unlock strategic opportunity.
My perspective was shaped by senior roles at Cadbury and Mars Inc, where I saw how cross-functional partnership and disciplined execution drive sustainable results at scale. My non-executive work with IGD reinforced the value of independent challenge and trusted counsel in complex environments.
Today, I bring that enterprise experience — through transformation, executive leadership and business partnering excellence programmes — to strengthen decision-making, build capability and enable finance to shape outcomes with confidence.
